Welcome to the purpose®. These Terms govern your use of ThePurpose.life and all related Services offered by PULSEOFLIFE LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Site or purchasing an offering, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.

2. The Offerings

We offer: The Starter Session (free), The Mind Masher Course, The 40-Day Journey, and 1:1 Private Sessions with Aaron. Descriptions, formats, and pricing are on the Site and may change without notice prior to purchase.

3. License & Intellectual Property

All content — including The Purpose Process™, the P.U.R.P.O.S.E. Process, the Five-Gate Install, the Scale of Perspective, the Paradigms matrix, the visual marks, text, audio, video, and the term "the purpose®" — is owned by us or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark law.

Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the materials for your own use. You may not: copy, redistribute, resell, screen-record, publicly broadcast, train any AI/ML model on our content, or create derivative offerings without written permission.

4. Payment

Prices are in USD unless stated. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method. Subscriptions (if any) auto-renew until canceled.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. Short version: this work demands full commitment, so we operate a no-refund policy. If you complete the entire course in full and notice no change whatsoever, contact us — we will review and may refund the cost of the course at our discretion.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to: share login credentials, harass other participants or Aaron, post unlawful content, attempt to reverse-engineer the Site, or use the Services to harm yourself or others. See Acceptable Use.

7. Disclaimer — Read Carefully

The Services are educational and self-development offerings. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment, and Aaron is not a licensed physician, therapist, or mental-health professional. The Services are not a substitute for professional care. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PULSEOFLIFE LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms without refund.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming, on an individual basis. You waive any right to a class action.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
