The 30-Day Process Promise

Mind Masher is covered by a conditional 30-day refund promise.

Complete the course and run the Purpose Process within 30 days of purchase. If you honestly notice no shift in your relationship to the pattern you worked on, email smile@thepurpose.life within those 30 days and tell us:

• The pattern you worked on
• The part of the course you completed
• What you noticed before, during, and after the Process

If the conditions are met, we will refund the Mind Masher course purchase to the original payment method. Course access closes when the refund is issued.

Other offers

• The free Process experience has no purchase to refund.
• A delivered live class is not refundable after the session begins.
• Membership and Mastermind payments are not refundable after the billing period begins, but future renewals may be canceled according to the checkout terms.
• Delivered 1:1 sessions are not refundable.
• Purpose Academy refund eligibility must be stated clearly at checkout and must not contradict this page.

Processing

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to the payment processor.

Statutory rights

Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.
