Refund Policy

The honest version.

This work only works if you jump in and go full tilt. Half-in doesn't move the lens. That's why we operate a no-refund policy on all offerings — The Mind Masher Course, The 40-Day Journey, and 1:1 Private Sessions with Aaron.

The one exception

If you complete the entire course in full — every module, every drill, every protocol — and at the end you can honestly say you noticed no change whatsoever in your life, your lens, or your patterns, reach out.

Email smile@thepurpose.life within 14 days of completing the course with:

• Proof of completion (we can verify on our end).
• A short note on what you ran, what you noticed, and what didn't move.

We will review in good faith and, at our discretion, refund the cost of the course.

What is not refundable

• The Starter Session — it's free.
• Partially completed courses.
• 1:1 Private Sessions once delivered.
• Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us — these will be disputed.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction (including EU/UK statutory withdrawal rights for digital content, where applicable).
